5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide accurate information during consultations and sessions to ensure they receive the best possible support. www.soulgrowthypnotherapy.com only works with clients aged 18 years of age or older.
For virtual sessions, clients should be in a private, distraction-free environment where they can talk openly. It is recommended to have a comfortable place to sit where your head is supported. Clients must also follow any pre-session guidelines provided.
6. SESSION POLICY
Sessions are scheduled by clients through the www.soulgrowthypnotherapy.com website calendar. In case of technical issues during virtual sessions, the session may be rescheduled accordingly.
7. BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS
After your complimentary 15-minute Discovery Session, you can book appointments online or through direct communication. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be forfeited and will need to be rescheduled. Persistent lateness may lead to full session fees being charged and potential termination of services. We appreciate your punctuality to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Our goal is to provide the best possible support for each client. However, there may be situations where:
• The client’s needs are outside the scope of our services. In such cases, we will kindly refer you to another professional who may be better suited to assist you.
• There is a breach of mutual respect, communication, or understanding of the work being done.
• Consistent lateness or failure to adhere to scheduled appointments impacts the effectiveness of the sessions.
In these cases, we reserve the right to end our working relationship. Should this occur, any remaining prepaid sessions will be refunded, except for non-refundable items such as audio recordings.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are processed through Squarespace and we accept all credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. Packages must be purchased before the sessions are held.
10. REFUNDS
Refunds are available only for services that have not yet been rendered, or if you are unsatisfied within the first 15 minutes of any paid session, you have the option for a full refund. To receive a refund, please inform the practitioner within the first 15 minutes of the session.
Since clients have the opportunity to assess the fit during the Discovery Session, refunds for packages are generally not offered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the first session within the first 15 minutes, you may request a refund for the entire package at that time.
Please note that audio recordings are non-refundable due to the personalized effort and dedication that goes into creating them. We encourage you to listen to the sample and review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Results may vary from person to person, and results from hypnotherapy cannot be guaranteed. www.soulgrowthypnotherapy is not responsible for any personal, emotional, or financial outcomes arising from the sessions. Additionally, we are not liable for any technological interruptions or issues that arise from third-party platforms like Zoom.
12. DISCLAIMER
The materials on www.soulgrowthypnotherapy.com are provided on an 'as is' basis. Soul Growth Hypnotherapy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Any arbitration shall take place in Folsom, California.
